2020 Kress Basketball Fan Guidelines

We expect all spectators to self-screen prior to arriving at Kress ISD facilities.

Anyone who has symptoms of COVID-19 should not attend the game(s).

Admission Price:

Sub Varsity       Adults $3             Students $2

Home and Visitor Fans   

50% capacity -100 fans per school

UIL has implemented a 50% capacity rule. We apologize for the inconvenience due to limited seating, with guidelines in place we are striving to maintain a safe environment for our student athletes to display their skills in the game of Basketball

  • Parents will be given preferred seating. Please limit family size to allow others to watch game. (If either fan side is not full to capacity then more fans will be allowed based on 50% total capacity 
  • Non parents may be asked to leave or gym may be cleared between games to allow parents in.
  • All fans over 10 years of age must wear a face covering to enter Kress I.S.D.'s facilities and keep them on the entire time while in the gym or cafeteria.
  • Spectators should choose to remain socially distant and respect other’s preferred spacing while in the gymnasium or cafeteria.
  • Children MUST always remain with guardians, no running freely.
  • Spectators are NOT allowed on the court at any time prior to, during, or after the game.

General Basketball guidelines:
(No district passes accepted)

  • Everyone in the gym is required to wear face covering at all times.
  • No Food and Drinks are not allowed in Gym,You must eat in the concession area in the cafeteria.
  • Home and Visiting Team seating will be East end of gym on Visitor side.
  • All players, coaches, workers, camera staff, managers must wear face covering on sideline.
  • Cheer must wear face covering when not cheering and maintain distance.
  • No pre or postgame handshakes or team circle at end of game

2020 Kress Football Fan Guidelines

We expect all spectators to self-screen prior to arriving at Kress ISD facilities.

Anyone who has symptoms of COVID-19 should not attend the game(s).

To enter Kress ISD Football Facilities, all fans over 10 years of age must wear a face covering

Admission is 4 for adults and 2 for students.

UIL has implemented a 50% capacity rule. We are confident that we can accommodatall home and visitor fans. We will make adjustments as needed.

Spectators should choose to remain socially distant and respect other’s preferred spacing while in the stadium.

Once in the facilities there will be 3 areas that face coverings will be strictly enforced:

  • Stands  (Once seated, face covering may be removed IF no one is within 6 ft. of you or your family.)
  • Area around Concession Stand
  • Restrooms

Children MUST remain with guardians at all times, no running freely or behind the stands and no football games behind or around the stands. Parents please do not drop your children off at the stadium if you are not going to attend also and sit with them in the stands.

Spectators are NOT allowed on the field at any time prior to, during, or after the game. There will no victory line, run through signs or tunnels and no after game handshakes.
All players and coaches must go directory to their designated locker rooms following school songs.

Visitor parking will be on the East side of the stadium behind the visitor stands and all visitors will enter through the gate on the East side. 

There will be limited parking inside the gates. There will be separate entrances for players, coaches, referees and administration. All fans must enter through the designated gate.
